This app and its creator are NOT affiliated with Google, Inc. Version notes Version number: 1.1.0.63 6/27/2016: Fixed a bug that caused the app to not work for new users. On April 20th, Google removed their ClientLogin API, causing GVoice and all other 3rd-party Google Voice apps to break. This update works around the lack of a proper Google Voice API to get GVoice back to a somewhat usable state, but it is quite hacky and may break in the future.

In addition, some things still do not work since Google broke them, and may never work again: - Support for Google accounts using two factor authentication - Support for Google Contacts integration - Support for sending picture messages using Google Docs / Google Drive. The GUI is the worst; there is no list view, just great big icons with the contact name still haven't figured out how to send a text by contact name.only by cell number (who knows cell numbers?) intermittently stops working.the gui is up, but no texts coming in regularly reverts to an individual conversation, despite clicking on the inbox MANY times I could go on. I don't know what happened to GVNotifier (Dave Amenta), but it stopped working on 9/1/16 and I thought this would be a workable replacement. The Chrome plugin, which is not user friendly either, would be a better choice. I could have spent that $2 on something really cool!
