There isn't one. The project is dead. The only patch in the works is the PS2 version by a guy named Cless who is known to take years to finish translations. So don't ask repetitive question. Applying the patch: Patch only works on a clean ISO/Hako's ISO.

This is the last version that I will release, though kenma9123 can continue the team's patch if he wants to. Thank you for everything. Enjoy the game. However, the download to this patch was never made available in patch form, only in the form of an ISO which has been lost (dead links). There is a thread on PSPISO speaking of plans to get the project going again where kenma9123 and alalone17 left off. The author of this thread is kenshindono and it can be found below. Here is the patch all by itself: INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Backup your ISO file onto your computer.
2) Open your ISO in UMDGen. 3) Open the PSPGAME folder, and then the SYSDIR folder. 4) Right click EBOOT.OLD and press 'Apply PPF patch to Selected File.'
5) Choose topebootv010.ppf, and press Apply. Close UMDGen when it says it has patched the file. 6) Open PPF-o-matic. 7) Under ISO file, click the disk and select your ISO. 8) Under Patch, click the disk and select the topisov010.ppf file. 9) Click 'Apply.' Your game is now patched!
